K1500 5.7L gas in oil need help!

I have a 1990 chevy K1500 pickup with a 5.7L. My oil was showing over full corrected the oil level. The next day my oil was over full again. Oil has a strong gas smell. Where do I need to start looking?

odd on a tbi...but something like the fuel reg must be dripping gas in

I would look down the throttle body with the ignition on - see if any fuel leaking , also you may have a fuel pump relay stuck and it is letting the pump run when the truck is not running.
