no z71 is the off road pkg. if a 2wd truck hase those stikers on it its because sombody put them there on there own.

Every Z71 that I have ever seen is a 4x4.

Thats not true. Suburban and Tahoe have z71 offroad packages and not all are four wheel drive. Our best friends have a 2006 tahoe z71 and when the weather got bad last year she called and asked me to take her kiddos to school since the roads were icy. I told her to put her tahoe in four wheel high and ease into town, but she said it wasnt four wheel drive. and its not...45 grand z71 and not four wheel drive. Also, they are selling Colorado's with z71 packages that arent four wheel drive.
