04 Tahoe, Aftermarket Headrest Monitor Advise

Im looking at buying some headrest dvd players for my 04 tahoe, but dont know much about it. Anyone ever use them or know anything about them. Please message me with any helpful informaiton, dont want to get caught in jam. thanks
