Car Smell Problem
2 Attachment(s)
Hey guys I am new to this forum and am having a little issue.
I recently traded my old ford for a 2004 Chevy Silverado. It had a mouse in it at some point and I new this but had planned to gut it, clean it, and replace a few things anyway. You can see the pictures below I have it down to the metal, steering column, and firewall plastic and insulation (which I have cleaned). I have cleaned everything with natures miracle and bleach and it got the smell out of everywhere except behind and underneath the steering wheel. I even cleaned the area behind the plastic to the left of the steering wheel where there is a "gap" in between the metal. What I am wandering is this I have read a thousand forums with "solutions" to the mouse and animal smell and all of them are either useless or only halfway work. Is there actually a good solution out there to eliminate the last of the smell? Also is there somewhere I can not see or have missed where there could be mouse poop still Because what I have found with this smell is usually if it still smells there is still poop or remains but there is nothing left to clean or remove! Thanks any advice is appreciated! |
Wow...
Honestly, I wish I could help! I have no clue though. I assume you've tackled all of the fabrics on the door panels? |
