Cummings with 4L80 tranny

Does anyone know of special electrical wiring requirements or wiring recommendations for useing 4L80 tranny (I have) with a cummings motor?

Well...without a computer that is programed to run the 4l80e...it wont work at all....as far as wiring goes...you would need all the wiring that goes to the tranny as well as a pinout diagram for where to connect it AND hope that the vehicle it is going in (I assume a Dodge) has the same "systems" as the GM. It would be best to go with the original tranny that goes behind the Cummins. the other problem you have is it would take 2 computers to run the "Frankenstein" and then you would have to make those 2 computers "talk" to each other.

Bottom line.............dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!
