Default F150 V8? Ecoboost 3,5 v6? Ram 1500?

Hi Guy's

I'm thinking to bay e new truck. I own a Ram 1500 Larami 5 years now, 100k mails without any problem.

My dilemma is: f150 Platinum or Ram 1500 sport? I have no idea what the reliability is of the f150. (The Ram is 100% reliable for me)

My Ram has 165000km/100k mails, and has never had problems, regular maintenance and nothing more than that.

My questions are: which is the best choice and most reliable? EcoBoost 3.5 or V8 5.0?

I'm driving in a country where the GLP is a must for a truck. Gasoline costs here 5.8 usd p/g!!! diesel is also not an option, costs just as much as petrol!

Please help me to find out what is the write choice for me.

Thanks!

Personally, I'd go with the F150 platinum with the 5.0.

I don't have a ton of logic or reasoning behind it- but I think trucks should have V8s and I like the looks of the Ford

The Ecoboost motor is proving to be a work horse as well. Being a turbo bases engine adding power is very easy. I think the biggest knock on them would be the gas mileage drops off when towing but maybe someone with more daily towing experience could comment on that. I've only been around a few towing something and the mileage really took a dive.
