Default Help needed!

I have 1996 Chevy 1500 with the 4.3 vortec, I've been frustratingly trying to figure the cause of a misfire on #1cylinder. I've tested compression checked spark and all came out good. So I opened up the intake manifold plenum and came to find there was fuel in the top of the spider head between the ecm connection this obviously isn't normal correct do I need a new Spider?
