How should I lift my truck?

I have a 89 sierra and I don't know what I should use to lift my truck. Should I do a suspension lift, body lift, or both? Is their any brands to look out for or any brands that are better than others? Thanks

It just depends on how much money you want to spend and what you are using it for. Are you a serious wheeler? If so you need a suspension lift. If you only want to spend a couple hundred bucks and a 2 or 3 inch lift is enough for you then go with the body lift. I had both suspension and body lift on my old 91. 3 inch body and 6 inch suspension. I paid a couple grand for the suspension lift and install where the body was a couple hundred bucks.

I believe that there are some of the better brands available in the big lifted Trucks like Big Chevy Trucks Lifted
