Default need help making a decision

so there is a 1995 toyota tacoma and a 1999 ford f-250 V10. Which one? i live in the country and i go camping almost every weekend. the toyota gets 15 mpg and the ford gets 8. hmmm.... besides the gas mileage, the POWER. the V10 is a 415 C.I. motor. but really, which one has more upgrade options and more accessories. what would you do? the ford has a 6" BDS suspension lift and 35's. the toyota has a 2 1/2" leveling kit and 31's what do i do??? just personal opinions

Think about how you will use the truck each week. The Tacoma gets 15 mpg and the Ford gets 8 mpg. For 100 miles the Tacoma uses 6.6667 gallons, and the Ford uses 12.5 gallons, so the Ford uses 5.8333 gallons more. The V10 gives more power for pulling and hauling. The Ford has a 6 inch BDS lift with 35 inch tires, and the Tacoma has a 2.5 inch leveling kit with 31 inch tires.

Both trucks have many upgrade parts and accessories. Check tow rating, payload, and bed space. Get a vehicle inspection report for each truck and look for frame issues, rust, and leaks. Pick the truck that fits your trips, your fuel cost, and your needs.

The F-250 can haul more and also tow more. The Tacoma is easy to drive on small roads. Both of the trucks have many upgrade parts. I would choose Ford in your case.
