Default Manual LOCKING Hubs - Questions, Questions

The last time I worked on any 4x4 hubs was back in the 80's. A lot has changed since then.
I'm hoping to do something using 4x4 independent front suspension BUT with manual locking hubs.

1. When was the last year GM or the aftermarket offered manual locking hubs?
2. Does anyone happen to know the SMALLEST center diameter available for rims that will fit locking hubs? (I need to find something that matches what I'm using on the other hubs to be able to rotate the tires while still being able to center support the rims.)
3. Only if manual locking hubs are not available with newer 4x4s - Is there there any way to have newer IFS with the older style manual locking hubs, rotors and disc brakes?

Thank you for your time and help with this.
Sincerely, Tony
