Hey, My friend has a Silverado and it pulls anything and Ford F-150 is also good one.If you want to go larger, I would go for a Dodge Ram Diesel, though try and pick up the 5.9L I6 Cummins instead. Get something slightly used.

Can't go wrong with a Chevy or GMC Duramax/Allison. 2005 or 2006. The reliability and stats tell it all:

365 BHP
686 Lb/tq.
20,000lb towing capacity

Plus they don't even get broken in until around 100,000 miles. Duramax's will run for a good 500,000 easily.

ok how about a windshield for the same truck do you have any good ideas where to find any used one or would it be best to try and find a glass company that carries them?
