The Belltech 3-4 kit is good, check summitracing.com then stylinconcepts.com one of them usually ends up being cheaper, go with the good shocks it will make all the difference in you ride.

I want to slam it, its my project but its my wife's truck so she gets last say...she wants it lowered but not slammed...so i think about 3 in the front and 4 in the rear...i think it might sit nice
