1987 Dodge W150
318 motor, 110,000 miles, 3 sp. auto trans, started with amp gauge running left of center, then to the right of center. Before i could check everything out, it died. won't start. Battery has 15 volts on it as does the starter. No fuses are burnt. That is all I know for now. Got a chilton book, but probably need another publication. Know of any good repair manuals out there? Do any describe rebuilding alternators and starters, redoing A/C, putting serpentine belt drive on?
Where are the fusable links? I haven't been able to find any, yet? This is my first Dodge. Will I regret it? Thanks, Phil vambo213@yahoo.com |
