before people say run on or dieseling i know its not those problems. when i turn the key off it shuts down the gauges like normal and my ignition locks. back story is i have a 89 gmc 2500 with a 350. it was tbi but i went to carb. the dist wire is taped into the wiring harness. the fuel pump didn't activate when i replaced the sensor on the back (oil sensor?) because it links into the fuel pump wiring. so i jumped from the fuse box in the inj 1 & 2 because they are not used. does anyone on here know how to remove all the wires i dont need? i want to keep my gauge and or swap out for a square with tac. if anyone has experienced in the wiring your help is greatly appreciated
