Electrical problem?
 

My 2014 f150 ecoboost wont start at all but all the everything seems to work when I turn the key but hear just a click from the interior fuse box. All the fuses and jcases on the left side besides one jcase. They all seem fine but when I check the spot they go in it just has ground but no power. Also the starter relay doesn't seem to have ground and checked all relays and they're fine but the starter one where it goes in has no ground even with key turned on. I put in a new battery and all connections are clean and secure showing 12 volts. I tried changing the most critical fuses but just to see if maybe one was bad even if it looked good but changed nothing. Any help would be appreciated
