eratic driving
 

I have a 96 gmc 3500 dually 4 x 4. It starting acting as if its running out fuel. I know its not. The accelerator and tach are going crazy up and down. And its as if its shifting in and out gear. Starts up fine and stops when you tramp on it but will start again after a few minutes. Anyone know what's wrong with my beauty?
