Create and contact group in your address book and submit your complaints to each and every department in one shot and trust me on this one you will be receiving a phone call from and actual person instead of some lame computer generated response.

Be relentless and when you finally get that call addressing your concerns they will pleasantly ask you to stop bothering these folks as it is not the correct department but who cares so long as your put in touch with the person assigned to handle your specific problem.
