MAN! I feel so much better now that I got that out... whew!

I joined this forum in hopes of learning a bit and sharing my experiences while getting into trucks. I've always been a car guy, but then I joined the Air Force and had two kids...

Before I got hitched and joined the USAF, I was in love with racing. I tried to get into racing, but found that I didn't have the talent for it. After a close call on my 2nd race, I decided I should keep playing Gran Turismo instead. No regrets though, I did my best and learned I wasn't good at it. I still love horsepower though....

Anyways, now that I'm older and have kids, I am in need of a good pick up truck. I'm hoping to learn some stuff from you all and share my experiences as endevour on buying, fixing, modding, and driving my first truck.

To be honest, I'm not sure. A compact 4x4 like a Tacoma or Ranger would do me well I think.

 

The Tacoma's have a great reputation and hold there value really well.
