hi, new member with alot off questions.

hi guys, i am a new member with very little experience on pic-up trucks. I recently purchased a ford f-250 from a close friend for construction purposes. also i am going to be doing a bit of camping with the family. There's only one little problem, i think i might need some extra weight capacity on my truck due to heavy pulling and delivering heavy materials. i have been doing some research and came up with the conclusion that i might need one of the following product(STEEL HELPER SPRINGS,AIR BAG KITS,OR TIMBREN KITS) please any suggestion on how to solve my problem? or where to get them for a reasonable price?
