Hi truck drivers and truckers too I guess!

I'm joining this forum because I'm interested in buying a truck in the near future. It will be my first car and I figured this would be a good tool to help me choose one out and maintain it. I'm guessing that people on online truck forums might not be a great representation of the true truck-driving population, but I'm hoping that your apparent computer literacy will at least put you ahead of the rest of the crowd! I'm not sure if that was supposed to be a joke.

 

Welcome to the forum. I don't know if you have a specific make/model/configuration in mind, but I HIGHLY suggest the 99-07Chevy/GMC fullsize with a 5.3L V8. Better fuel economy, reliability, more power and comfort.
