Me and my GMC...
 

I just recently moved to Oklahoma CIty and am very interested in knowing whether or not there are any Chevy/GMC clubs here. My boyfriend is a part of OKDHM.com, a Mustang forum, and they often do car shows, cook-outs and poker runs. I go with him on his little car adventures, but am ready to take part in some of my own. If anyone has any info or ideas, please let me know.

Welcome to Truck Forums Kira. Sorry I am like 1000 miles away from you so don't know about any truck clubs their. Most of the truck clubs here are boggy boy beer fests so I don't go to them anyway. Don't be shy in the silverado forum. Whether you have a chevy or gmc anything, the Silverado board is the place to talk. Enjoy.

I'm sure if you just type in GM club Oklahome City that you'd get a bunch of hits ...try Sierra/Silverado as well.

I'm actually going to one of the get togetherslater this monthwith the Bay Area group ....I've got one of the newer vehicles ...lots of 60's and 70's ...but more and more newer models are showing up.

I used to go to events sponsored by the Jeep clubs in NorCal and they were always a lot of fun.

Mustangs are way overrated unless you spend the extra $$$ for a Shelby, Saleen, or something special.....but if you have that much money you should just go ahead and by a new Corvette
