New member looking for insight!!!
 

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to get my first truck (need one for work) and am curious about what people think about value, brand, fuel economy etc.

I don't need to go big and am considering the RAM 1500, Ford F-150, Tacoma and the GMC for size. In the interest of keeping costs low I'm thinking just a regular cab.
I'll be leasing so any information on that subject would be handy swell.Thanks in advance!

I heard some fuel efficient trucks include the Chevrolet colorado and the Ford F150 ecoboost.

If you're getting a used one, consider the age of the truck. Cars in general are typically more fuel efficient when it's not that old.

I love the new Ford F-150.

the big three all make good trucks. the dodge hemi is the best gas engine imo. the thing I consider is resale...regular cabs and 2wd are hard to sell.
