I just joined this forum to take your advice on a serious issue.

My husband was working as a truck driver from last three years but last month, he quitted the job and planned to purchase his own truck for pickup purpose. A few days ago, we purchased a secondhand truck that is not insured and according to the truck dealer, we must get insurance before start using this truck. We just used a site to compare truck insurance quotes but this site is showing high quotes and mostly showing the reasonable quotes if we get insurance in bulks. We are worried due to lack of budget for insurance. Do you think, we should start using the truck for commercial purpose without insurance? Or it could be risky in the case of any accidental situation? On the other hand, you can recommend any insurance company that gives insurance on a monthly basis?
