The name is Jim. I live with my georgous wife in the south end of the Willamette Valley.
The truck's name is Jake.
He is a 1982 GMC K3500 454 4x4 a little over 350,000 miles. Fresh engine, fresh gearbox, transfer case. Rebuilt them myself, so that ought to tell ya I have a pretty cool colection of tools.
Jake is in kinda semi-retirement. (Expensive to drive with gas prices the way they are.) I just got him back to driving condition from being parked for the last 6 years. I'll use him a little this year dragging the boat over to the coast to go and chase salmon.
I'm kinda rusty in my mechanicing skills so I found this forum. Hopefully I'll have some to contribute myself.
