Newbie searching for a used truck GM 1500 or F150

Hi,

I'm Don, a newbie here & would like to say "Hi!" to all. I'm currently searching for a new pick-up as my '01 Mazda B3000, though a great truck, is time to trade her in for either a 4X4 '04-'07 Silverado/Sierra 1500 or an F150. I've done the whole internet search on reliability & have found issues with both manufactures but seem to see less issues on the Ford. I'd be happy with either & tend to be leaning toward the GM's so I'll see after driving & comparing these head to head. Anyway, thanks for the read & it's great to see all the threads associated with these trucks which I've only just begun filtering through. Thanks for the read,
