Tundra vs F150?

Hey y’all!
Im looking to buy a used 2nd gen Tundra Crew Max (leaning toward a 2012 to 2014) or Ford F150 SuperCrew (leaning toward 2014 or 2015). I am seeing a lot of pros and cons for both and wanted some feedback from people that have actually driven them as I am feeling overwhelmed by all the info available.
What are some maintenance issues that you’ve encountered at what mileage?
Any weird quirks that you’d wished you’d known about prior to purchase?

Any help you can give would be much appreciated!
thanks!

Hi, better take Ford, it's not because I'm an opponent of Toyota. It's just that first of all you are talking about a newer car, 14-15 years is better than 12. The price is also, Ford will be cheaper than Tundra, so you can take a newer car with less mileage (I don't know what you are counting on). With the suspension, Ford should not have any problems if you do not drive like crazy, and the engines are hardy there. For 5 years in wall work, I had only problems with using, replacing pads and a clutch bulkhead, but there it was my own fault that I pulled out a friend's truck and put it out of action.

Do you have experience driving/owning dodge or ford truck? Ford are good trucks depending how they are maintained. Now dodge , I just know that they have bad fuel economy especially when towing a trailer.
I have had ford trucks for work they can take a beating. I have a 2017 f150 Lariat EcoBoost 3.5 twin turbo. Great gas mileage with power that will a smile on you face.
If you go with a ford get at least the Lariat trim. As for the dodge, I have no words.
If you drive in snow/ice get a 4x4 if you can get by with a 4x2 get it. Its lighter which means uses less gas
Just saying 🙂
