Please who can help me!

I'm just in the process of buying a 2008 F350 DRW 2wd 6.4 L V8 Diesel.

I checked the tow cap. in the ford interned side. They said the tow cap. is at least 15'700 lbs. depending on the axle.

Now I got the information on the spec. car seen in cars.com. It only have tow cap of max. 13'600 lbs!

I need the 15'000 lbs. What's the matter here? does it has changed from the 2008 model to the 2010 model or is it because of the brakes, I have to change (add)?

Please help me, before I'm buying something wrong. Thanks
