Default Australian Trucks?

Hey y'all

Just saw these from Australia - some kind of sport truck. So there are two companies that make them over there, Holden (GM) and Ford. Check this out:

Go to 5:00 in to it to see the Holden pickup.

http://www.hsv.com.au/e3/showroom/de...spx?id=MalooR8 <-- That's the company website for it.

This is the ford one:

or

<- This is just some guy showing off his. Sounds great!

How cool are these?

Yeah I remember that episode of top gear. As far as the Australian "utes" go... I don't really see the functionality of one if I'm perfectly honest, but they are very cool just like the el camino and ranchero once were!

Well those are the sports versions that I posted. This is your work truck version:

This actually seems pretty practical. 265hp and a six-speed manual... sounds alright for workin' with :P.
