Default Best stuff to hold in cargo ?

I've been trying to find a good product to keep my cargo in place..
the 4 rings in the corners just dont cut it.. I've seen the
top rail systems, I've seen the drill in rail systems, I've seen
the pocket anchors.. anyone use any of these.. they work at
all ? I have a friend who has something called Cargo Cables
also.. anyone seen them.. ? I checked those out and they
seemed to do what I need.. but wondered if anyone has
tried them in their bed.
