Default car cover

So my wife got me a cover for my ram from carscover.com. But the thing is that i got a brand new paint job on my truck. I'm just worry that what if the cover damages my new paint job. But at the same time i don't wanna hurt my wife's feelings ya kno?
So tell me it's okay or not

I think the cover will not ruin the paint because it is made of soft materials. I have a cover and it doesn't give any scrath to my ride.

man i totally get the struggle of balancing a new paint job with your wife's feelings the main thing is making sure the paint is fully cured first so check with your shop because putting a cover on fresh paint before it gases out can actually haze the finish

as long as the paint is dry and you make sure both the truck and the cover stay perfectly clean you should be fine but even a little bit of dust underneath will cause scratches when the wind blows i was in a similar spot with my car and had to find a way to protect your mustang gt from the elements so i just made it a rule to only cover it right after a wash
