wheel spacers ？

My friend recommended to me a Chinese brand wheel spacer ，its BONOSS forged active cooling wheel spacers, with “active cooling”, knurling, disassembly groove, and other unique designs. I want to know, do these designs really have an effect, and Is it worth spending more money on these special designs?
