97 Crew Cab interior trim????
Greetings everyone. I'm fixing up a 97 3500 Crew Cab Dually. I need help locating a source for replacement interior pillar trim. To be more specific, the plastic pieces that go from headliner down to carpet--between the doors. It also has the slot for the adjustable seat belt locator. I have found most other pieces on various sites, but am having zero luck with these. Will do bone yards if all else fails...Thanks in advance.
https://www.gmpartsprime.com/ carries a ton of vintage, 'discontinued' and hard to find OEM GM parts that you can't find anywhere else. Check them out. They're legit!
Hi there!
Finding those interior pillar trim pieces can be tricky, especially for an older truck like your '97 3500. Here are a few suggestions:
LMC Truck – They specialize in parts for older trucks. Check their website or give them a call to see if they have what you need.
Classic Parts or Brothers Truck Parts – Sometimes they have interior trim for older models.
eBay – Search for “1997 3500 Crew Cab pillar trim” or similar. You might find used or even NOS (new old stock) parts.
Facebook Marketplace/Groups – There are groups for truck restorations where people sell or trade parts.
Junkyards/Bone Yards – If you can’t find new or used parts online, this is your best bet. Call around to local yards or use a site like Car-Part.com to search junkyards nationwide.
Good luck with the restoration—sounds like a fun project!
