2001 F250 Starting up issues

We are currently having as issue with our F250 not wanting to start intermittently. We have replaced both batteries and cleaned cables. When truck doesn't start, we charge batteries and then it will fire up. Once this happens it's usually fine the rest of day until next morning, when we have to charge batteries again. We have taken it to a desiel mechanic and could not find the problem, since the darn truck started up for him. Anyone have a similar issue and would like to share there solution. Any other suggestions are welcome.

This problem has been generally found in all F250's ... the problem is not with the fuel... the reason for this, according to me is, the battery is not getting charged properly. even though you replaced the batteries they are nt getting charged. there might be problem with the charging mechanism.. you can check for it...
