My rear grenaded this week while driving over some road potholes. Does any one know what rear this is? I've seen it referred to as a 9.75 but seems to be listed as 9.5 in randys ring and pinion. Is also called a GM 10 bolt (not sure of the # of cover bolts at the moment). Having looked for a used rear it seems that a rebuild is a better option due to cost. It is the GT4 gears. I will need to replace the carrier, spiders, ring and pinion.
