BEM guages help
 

I would appeicate any help anyone could give me on these type, I got them for my 99 silverado, new body style. I got them off of ebay for 13 bucks brand new, I know cheap is never good but I thought i would give them a try. I was wrong didn't come with any instructions and now I am stuck. I didnt think about anything untill after I took the needles off now everything is wrong after i put them back on, I adjusted best I can but they are jumpy now instead of smooth, and i dont understand how to hook any of the wires up cause it doesn't make much since to me, anyone know a how to thread or anything, i tryed searching but might have over looked it.
