Fast blinker, speedo stops working when headlights on??
 

Hi, I'm trying to figure out a strange electrical issue. I've checked the cleaned the ground at the drivers side back taillight. Basically I have a fast blink/ no stop / no blink drivers side tail, but every else works. Have tried 2 bulbs..

Also when I turn the headlights on, the speedometer and tahcodont work. And, with the headlights off, the high beam indicator faintly flows, and none of the lights on the dash are that bright. Also the signal makes the gauges bounce.
