Does '98 4-Runner have HI-Range 4WD?

Does '98 4-Runner have HI-Range 4WD?
Hello:
I test drove a '98 4-runner 4WD and noticed that the transfer case shift diagram only showed Hi-Neutral-4 Low.
I have no experience with this model. Is there no 4 wheel drive in high range?
That would make it a poor model to drive on the roads in snow if there is only 4WD in low range.
Any help would be appreciated.
