A/C BLOWING OUT OF DEFROST VENT ONLY '05

I have an '05 F250 I pulled up to the pump to pump some $4.80 a gallon diesel. I got back in the truck started it up and the air will ONLY blow out of the defrost vents. I turned off both the ac and truck pushed all the controls and no matter what the air only blows out of those vents. ???????????????????

I have a very similar issue, along with the $4.80/gallon, my 2005 blows about half of my a/c at the winshield and half to the cabin.

I would start a new thread if I were you. This one is a couple years old and unfortunately they did not post their results.

I had the same problem on my 06 about 2 years ago. I cant for the life of me remember the name of the bad part. I remember it had something to do with the heater (and this was in the summertime, my ac would only come out the defrost vents) though. Only cost about 90 to fix from Ford... Took them about an hour.
