Default 95 Toyota Tacoma Clutch problems

I own a 95 tacoma and have replaced the clutch, Slave cylinder and master cylinder recently. When the truck sits out side and the temp drobs to the 20's or less the clutch will some times quit working gradually once I have driven 2 or 3 miles. It will eventaully, within a few more uses not work at all. If I flush the system out it will work again until the weather conditions are just right for it to fail. The rest of the time it works fine. My mechanic is stumped on this and has agreed to replace the slave and master cylinders but is curious wether this is a common problem with the 95 tacoma
