Took it off my '03 Silverado with a 4.8L, and put a K&N CAI kit on. Everything is in very good condition. Looked it up, said it will fit '99 - '07 4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L engines. (Does not include the air filter) Not looking to get rich, make me an offer. Can send pix if you want some. The GM P/N for the tube is 15769060. Could not find a GM P/N on the breather box. If ya make me an offer, S&H will be additional.
