I have an oil leak that looks like it is dripping down from the top of the bell housing behind the motor. I wondered if there was a sensor or something there that could be leaking. This oil is ending up dripping off the trans oil filter. It runs all the way down.

 

valve cover gaskets?

 

Check that PCV valve friend. Those gettin clogged up will cause leaks.

 

i am having the exact problem right now and i was wanting to know what it ended up being plz. i have looked all over and cannot see worth a dam where it is at other than above the bell housing. thanks
