im really thinking 305/55/20 but i do you know for sure that, that will fit? and dangit i still haven't decided what tire.

 

i am not 100% sure i woud have to ask a tire shop but if my 305/70/16 fit on my truck now i dont know why the 305/55/20 wouldnt fit. i plan to go with that sizeonce i get the 20s and figure out what tire i am going with. i love the look of my toyos now but they wear pretty unevenly for me. i am really thinking about going with the new nitto trail grappler m/t or some mickey thompsons. but on the tire size i wouldnt definately take my word on it i would probably get a tire shops opinion. keep me informed.

 

i had the xd monster wheels on my old truck which was a 2004 1500 4x4 and i had 305's nitto trail grapplers (very nice tire by the way) on them and i never had to do anything with my truck except maybe tighten the torsion bars once. Now i have the wheels on my new 1500 and believe me man those are some good head turning wheels. good luck

hey there so just keeping a posted i got my rims today they are amazing wow!! but i ordered some cooper zeon LTZ's in 305/50/20 and they ar egetting put on saturday cant wait!! ill try and post pics as soon as i can once i get em on.

 

Just letting you guys know i didnt get em put on on saturday, because they were to wide i couldnt turn my wheel all the way it rubbed so bad. So now in 2 days i shall be getting a 3 in level and trim the inside a little bit and my ride will look perfect!! im just letting you guys know what happening if your still interested!!

 

man i cant believe they were to wide. i am running 305's on 16" dc2's now with nothing done to my truck...however we are putting leveling keys on it this saturday and i ordered my rims yesterday...xd monsters 20x9s...maybe your were to wide with the 20x10s...which will look amazing once you get the trimming done and get them fitted on there...mine will go on next week and i will try to figure out how to post some pictures...i want to see some pics of yours tho it sounds like its gonna look pretty damn good!

 

depends on the width and offset of the wheel to know if they are going to rub, im sure his 20x10's had a more neg offset that stuck the wheel out a lot further than the chevy stock wheels wich means it needs more room to turn...
