I took the transfer case out yesterday and found the notorious pinhole that I started hearing about. I took it in to get rebuilt. $1200 with a 12mo/12k warranty. It's too bad this problem isn't under recall. It would be a lot cheaper to fix before anything is damaged inside from the pump or lack of fluids.
