I have a 2006 silverado 2500hd with a stock bose stereo system.
I am looking for the cable to hook it up to a mp3 player.
Most of the info i have read says there should be a tape/aux or cd/aux button. Which mine does not have.
Which cable do i need ?

you have a cassette player

they make adapters that are cassettes but they have a wire on them so you can plug them into an ipod or phone

 

I was trying to find the cable that connects to the back to the changer or something?? a little cleaner looking, and better sound.
