A programmer wont void your warranty. Just dont take it into the dealer with it on.

I drove an 05 colorado with the 3.5 inline 5 and this truck seems to do better than that one did but keep in mind 99% of my driving is on the freeway with the active fuel managment

Yeah I imagine it get's great gas mileage.
