Default 07 Sierra - Best Way to Lower Rear?

I have an '07 Sierra that I'd like to lower the rear end on, just by about an inch or two so there isn't so much space between my tires and the tirewell, and so it levels it a bit. Any advice on the best way to do this?

Leveling kits - most that I know of actually raise the front end, which I'm not really looking to do.

Lowering rear - would this greatly impact towing a bass boat?

Thanks and sorry if this is a noob question.

Lowering shackles are the best way to go. They are cheap and usually adjustable from 1 - 2 inches. You will be fine towing a bass boat. I had a 2005 that was lowered 2 inches in the rear and I towed a 24 foot center console boat all the time with no problems. I am sure your bass boat has less tongue weight than what I was pulling. Good Luck!

For the record I don't know the company that is selling these nor do I recommend them. Please do your own research on there selling reputation. I just wanted to give you a visual on the part. Good Luck!

Default inner wheel liners

You are doing the same thing I did on my old truck. The space between the wheel and the tire made the truck look as if it had toy tires. GM makes an inner wheel well liner that covers all that mess and gives the illusion that there is less GAP between the wheel and the upper wheel lip. Here is the picture.

Just check with your local GM dealer
