'07 Silv Z71 Flex Fuel Truck

Default '07 Silv Z71 Flex Fuel Truck
Have a emissions light coming on. Have no power to the obd2 connector to get codes to the code reader. Any ideas? Also have a leaky sunroof when it rains but only leaks when the pickup is nosedown in driveway. Gets the headliner wet at review mirror. Anymore ideas???

Check your cig lighter plugs. Obd gets power from there.
