my 07 silverado reduces engine power when i take off and i have to stop and reset the truck computer.

 

Uhhhh im not sure what your asking or saying??

 

These newer silverados will decrease engine performance in some driving conditions. I've never seen it before, but I believe it is sopposed to help protect the motor somehow.
I think he is just asking for some advice about it.

Does this happen EVERY time you drive? I would like to know a little more about it if you have any more info please post it.
