I've noticed over time that I'm not the only one dealing with a cracked dashboard in an 08 Silverado, or the year range from 08 to I think 2013. The dash boards just dont hold up at all. Mine started with a simple crack here or there, and I just didn't bother with it, just dealt with it being that way. Now I've got a huge hole in the center of my dash and when I drive over bumps the entire portion holding my radio and ac controls wobbles. Has anyone found any good solutions to this problem? And I also was wondering if there are other year models with similar dimensions that can be swapped out. Maybe an 05?
