Default 09 2500hd 6.0l died no start

Died when slowing down for stop sign,
no internal noise
cranks over, but sounds like it lost compression
has spark and fuel pressure
any IDEALS?

is it possible for the cam phaser to stick and have the valve timing off?
with timing marks lined up, and #1 piston top dead center
the exhaust valve is already starting to open.

what am I missing?

tested compression with a old gauge (has worked)

all tested @ 60# except for #7= 0

put oil in cylinders and retested the same.

whats next?

loosen rockers and leak test? But that wouldnt explain the timing?

UPDATE: loosen #7 rockers and pressure tested, no leakage
no noise out of intake or exhaust, very little out of crankcase
unhook at pressure blew back out of hose.
I think something had to happen to the VVT, but have no experience with them
SOMEONE HAS TO HAVE A IDEAL???????
